Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen („Bedingungen“) regeln die Nutzung unserer Wohnmobilvermietungsdienste sowie unserer Website (theroyalcamper.com). Durch den Zugriff auf unsere Dienstleistungen oder deren Nutzung akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen. Bitte lesen Sie sie sorgfältig durch.

1. Definitionen

• Kunde: Jede natürliche oder juristische Person, die ein Fahrzeug mietet oder unsere Website nutzt.
• Mietvertrag: Ein separater Vertrag, der zum Zeitpunkt der Miete bereitgestellt wird und spezifische Mietbedingungen enthält.
• • Fahrzeug: Das von The Royal Camper bereitgestellte Wohnmobil.

2. Mietvoraussetzungen

Um ein Wohnmobil zu mieten, müssen Sie:

• Mindestens 20 Jahre alt sein.
• Seit mindestens 2 Jahren im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins sein.
• Einen gültigen Identitätsnachweis sowie eine Kredit-/Debitkarte für die Zahlung und Kaution vorlegen.

3. Buchung und Zahlung

• Alle Buchungen unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit.
• Eine nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung ist bei der Buchung erforderlich.
• Die Anzahlung beträgt 50 % des Gesamtmietpreises.
• Der volle Betrag muss 30 Tage vor Beginn der Mietperiode bezahlt werden.
• Für Fahrten ins Ausland ist eine vorherige Vereinbarung erforderlich.
• Service (Abholung/Rückgabe): ab 120 €.
• Eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.500 € ist bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs zu hinterlegen und wird zurückerstattet, sofern das Fahrzeug in demselben Zustand zurückgegeben wird.
• Der Service beinhaltet (Kraftstoff, Gas, Benzin, Strom).
• Die Preise enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

4. Stornierungsrichtlinie

• Änderungen von Buchungen unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit und können zusätzliche Gebühren verursachen.

• Bei einer Stornierung vor der 30-Tage-Frist werden 50 % der Anzahlung zurückerstattet.
• Bei einer Stornierung nach der 30-Tage-Frist ist die Anzahlung nicht erstattungsfähig.

6. Vehicle Use – Security Deposit

• Der Kunde muss das Fahrzeug in demselben Zustand zurückgeben, in dem es übergeben wurde.
• Rauchen im Fahrzeug ist strengstens verboten.
• Haustiere sind nur mit schriftlicher Genehmigung erlaubt.
• Bei der Fahrzeugabholung muss eine Kaution hinterlegt werden, die zurückerstattet wird, sofern das Fahrzeug unbeschädigt zurückgegeben wird (Wird das Wohnmobil nicht im gleichen Zustand zurückgegeben, fällt eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 150 € an.)
• Wird das Wohnmobil nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit zurückgegeben und die zweistündige Verspätungsfrist überschritten, behält sich das Unternehmen das Recht vor, einen zusätzlichen vollen Miettag zu berechnen.
• Alle Schäden am Fahrzeug werden von der Kaution abgezogen.

7. Insurance

• Die Mietgebühr beinhaltet eine Grundversicherung. Eine zusätzliche Versicherung kann erworben werden.
• Der Kunde haftet für alle Schäden oder Verluste, die nicht durch die Versicherung gedeckt sind.

8. Liability

Wir haften nicht für:

• Verzögerungen oder Störungen aufgrund unvorhergesehener Umstände (z. B. Wetter, Straßensperrungen).
• Verlust oder Beschädigung von persönlichen Gegenständen.
• • Verletzungen oder Unfälle während der Mietdauer.

9. Agreement Termination

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, eine Buchung oder einen Mietvertrag zu stornieren, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird.

10. Governing Law

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem griechischen Recht. Alle Streitigkeiten werden vor griechischen Gerichten beigelegt.
