Καλώς ήρθατε στο The Royal Camper («εμείς», «μας» ή «δικό μας»). Αυτοί οι Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις («Όροι») διέπουν τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών ενοικίασης αυτοκινούμενων τροχόσπιτων καθώς και της ιστοσελίδας μας (theroyalcamper.com). Με την πρόσβαση στις υπηρεσίες μας ή τη χρήση τους, αποδέχεστε αυτούς τους Όρους. Παρακαλούμε διαβάστε τους προσεκτικά.

1.Ορισμοί

• Πελάτης: Κάθε φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο που ενοικιάζει όχημα ή χρησιμοποιεί την ιστοσελίδα μας.
• Σύμβαση Ενοικίασης: Ξεχωριστή σύμβαση που παρέχεται κατά την ενοικίαση και περιλαμβάνει τους ειδικούς όρους της μίσθωσης.
• Όχημα: Το αυτοκινούμενο τροχόσπιτο που παρέχει το The Royal Camper.

2. Προϋποθέσεις Ενοικίασης

Για την ενοικίαση ενός αυτοκινούμενου τροχόσπιτου, πρέπει να:

• Είστε τουλάχιστον 20 ετών.
• Έχετε έγκυρο δίπλωμα οδήγησης για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια.
• Παρέχετε έγκυρη ταυτότητα και πιστωτική/χρεωστική κάρτα για την πληρωμή και την εγγύηση.

3. Κράτηση και Πληρωμή

• Όλες οι κρατήσεις υπόκεινται σε διαθεσιμότητα.
• Απαιτείται μη επιστρέψιμη προκαταβολή κατά την κράτηση.
• Η προκαταβολή ανέρχεται στο 50% του συνολικού ποσού ενοικίασης.
• Το συνολικό ποσό πρέπει να καταβληθεί 30 ημέρες πριν από την έναρξη της ενοικίασης.
• Για ταξίδια στο εξωτερικό απαιτείται προηγούμενη συνεννόηση.
• Υπηρεσία (παραλαβή/παράδοση): από 120 €.
• Απαιτείται εγγύηση ύψους 1.500 € κατά την παραλαβή του οχήματος, η οποία επιστρέφεται εφόσον το όχημα επιστραφεί στην ίδια κατάσταση.
• Η υπηρεσία περιλαμβάνει (καύσιμα, αέριο, βενζίνη, ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα).
• Οι τιμές περιλαμβάνουν τους ισχύοντες φόρους, εκτός εάν αναφέρεται διαφορετικά.

4. Πολιτική Ακύρωσης

• Οι αλλαγές στις κρατήσεις υπόκεινται σε διαθεσιμότητα και ενδέχεται να επιφέρουν πρόσθετες χρεώσεις.

• Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης πριν από την προθεσμία των 30 ημερών, επιστρέφεται το 50% της προκαταβολής.
• Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης μετά την προθεσμία των 30 ημερών, η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφεται.

6. Vehicle Use – Security Deposit

• Ο πελάτης πρέπει να επιστρέψει το όχημα στην ίδια κατάσταση με αυτήν που το παρέλαβε.
• Απαγορεύεται αυστηρά το κάπνισμα μέσα στο όχημα.
• Τα κατοικίδια επιτρέπονται μόνο με γραπτή έγκριση.
• Κατά την παραλαβή του οχήματος, ο πελάτης πρέπει να καταβάλει εγγύηση, η οποία επιστρέφεται εφόσον το όχημα επιστραφεί στην αρχική του κατάσταση. (Αν το αυτοκινούμενο δεν επιστραφεί στην ίδια κατάσταση, ισχύει επιπλέον χρέωση 150 € για βαθύ καθαρισμό.)
• Εάν το όχημα δεν επιστραφεί εντός της συμφωνημένης ώρας και ξεπεραστεί το δίωρο περιθώριο καθυστέρησης, η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να χρεώσει επιπλέον μία πλήρη ημέρα ενοικίασης.
• Οποιαδήποτε ζημιά στο όχημα αφαιρείται από την εγγύηση.

7. Insurance

• Τα τέλη ενοικίασης περιλαμβάνουν βασική ασφάλιση. Επιπλέον κάλυψη είναι διαθέσιμη προς αγορά.
• Ο πελάτης είναι υπεύθυνος για οποιαδήποτε ζημιά ή απώλεια που δεν καλύπτεται από την ασφάλιση.

8. Liability

Δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη για:

• Καθυστερήσεις ή διακοπές λόγω απρόβλεπτων συνθηκών (π.χ. καιρικές συνθήκες, κλείσιμο δρόμων).
• Απώλεια ή φθορά προσωπικών αντικειμένων.
• Τραυματισμούς ή ατυχήματα κατά τη διάρκεια της ενοικίασης.

9. Agreement Termination

Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα ακύρωσης μιας κράτησης ή μίσθωσης σε περίπτωση παραβίασης αυτών των Όρων.

10. Governing Law

Οι παρόντες Όροι διέπονται από την ελληνική νομοθεσία. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά θα επιλύεται στα ελληνικά δικαστήρια.
