Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/p>

Welcome to The Royal Camper (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d). These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of our motorhome rental services and our website (theroyalcamper.com). By accessing or using our services, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.<\/p>

1. Definitions <\/b><\/b><\/p>

  • Customer: Any individual or entity renting a vehicle or using our website.<\/li>
  • Rental Agreement: A separate agreement provided at the time of rental, including specific rental terms.<\/li>
  • Vehicle: The motorhome provided by The Royal Camper.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Eligibility <\/b><\/b><\/p>

    To rent a motorhome, you must: <\/b><\/b><\/p>

    • Be at least 20 years old.<\/li>
    • Hold a valid driver\u2019s license for at least 2 years.<\/li>
    • Provide valid identification and a credit\/debit card for payment and security deposit.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Booking and Payment <\/b><\/b><\/p>

      • All bookings are subject to availability.<\/li>
      • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.<\/li>
      • The deposit is equal to 50% of the total rental amount.<\/li>
      • The full amount must be paid 30 days before the start of the agreed rental period.<\/li>
      • For trips outside the country, prior arrangement is required.<\/li>
      • Service (pickup\/drop-off): from \u20ac120.<\/li>
      • A security deposit of \u20ac1500 is required upon pickup and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition.<\/li>
      • The service includes (fuel, gas, petrol, electricity).<\/li>
      • Prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. Cancellation Policy <\/b><\/b><\/p>

        • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/li><\/ul>
          • If a booking is canceled before the 30-day deadline, 50% of the deposit is refunded.<\/li>
          • If a booking is canceled after the 30-day deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>
