1. Définitions

• Client: Toute personne physique ou morale louant un véhicule ou utilisant notre site web.
• Contrat de Location : Un contrat distinct fourni au moment de la location, comprenant les conditions spécifiques de la location.
• Véhicule : Le camping-car fourni par The Royal Camper.

2. Éligibilité

Pour louer un camping-car, vous devez :

• Avoir au moins 20 ans.
• Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide depuis au moins 2 ans.
• Fournir une pièce d’identité valide et une carte bancaire (crédit/débit) pour le paiement et la caution.

3. Réservation et Paiement

• Toutes les réservations sont sous réserve de disponibilité.
• Un acompte non remboursable est exigé lors de la réservation.
• L'acompte correspond à 50% du montant total de la location.
• Le montant total doit être payé 30 jours avant le début de la période de location convenue.
• Pour les voyages à l'étranger, un accord préalable est requis.
• Service (prise en charge / restitution) : à partir de 120 €.
• Une caution de 1 500 € est requise lors de la prise en charge du véhicule et sera remboursée si le véhicule est retourné dans le même état.
• Le service inclut (carburant, gaz, essence, électricité).
• Les prix incluent les taxes applicables, sauf indication contraire.

4. Politique d'Annulation

• Les modifications de réservation sont soumises à disponibilité et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.

• En cas d'annulation avant le délai de 30 jours, 50% de l'acompte est remboursé.
• En cas d'annulation après le délai de 30 jours, l'acompte n'est pas remboursable.

6. Vehicle Use – Security Deposit

• Le client doit retourner le véhicule dans le même état que lors de la prise en charge.
• Il est strictement interdit de fumer à l’intérieur du véhicule.
• Les animaux sont autorisés uniquement sur approbation écrite.
• Lors de la prise en charge du véhicule, le client doit payer une caution qui sera restituée après le retour du véhicule en bon état. (Si le camping-car n'est pas retourné dans le même état, un supplément de 150 € sera facturé pour un nettoyage en profondeur.)
• Si le camping-car n’est pas retourné à l’heure convenue et dépasse le délai de retard de deux heures, la société se réserve le droit de facturer une journée de location supplémentaire.
• Tout dommage au véhicule sera déduit de la caution.

7. Insurance

• Les frais de location incluent une assurance de base. Une couverture supplémentaire est disponible à l’achat.
• Le client est responsable de tout dommage ou perte non couverts par l'assurance.

8. Liability

Nous ne sommes pas responsables de :

• Retards ou interruptions dus à des circonstances imprévues (ex. conditions météorologiques, fermetures de routes).
• De la perte ou des dommages aux effets personnels.
• Blessures ou accidents survenant pendant la période de location.

9. Agreement Termination

Nous nous réservons le droit d’annuler une réservation ou un contrat de location en cas de violation des présentes Conditions

10. Governing Law

Ces Conditions sont régies par la loi grecque. Tout litige sera résolu devant les tribunaux grecs.
