1. Definitions

• Customer: Any individual or entity renting a vehicle or using our website.
• Rental Agreement: A separate agreement provided at the time of rental, including specific rental terms.
• Vehicle: The motorhome provided by The Royal Camper.

2. Eligibility

To rent a motorhome, you must:

• Be at least 20 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Provide valid identification and a credit/debit card for payment and security deposit.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The deposit is equal to 50% of the total rental amount.
• The full amount must be paid 30 days before the start of the agreed rental period.
• For trips outside the country, prior arrangement is required.
• Service (pickup/drop-off): from €120.
• A security deposit of €1500 is required upon pickup and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition.
• The service includes (fuel, gas, petrol, electricity).
• Prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• If a booking is canceled before the 30-day deadline, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• If a booking is canceled after the 30-day deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. Vehicle Use – Security Deposit

• Customers must return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are allowed only with written approval.
• Upon vehicle pickup, customers must pay a security deposit, which will be refunded upon returning the vehicle in the same condition. (If the motorhome is not returned in the same condition, an extra charge of €150 for deep cleaning will apply.)
• If the motorhome is not returned within the agreed time and exceeds the two-hour late window, the company reserves the right to charge an additional full day’s rental.
• Any damage to the vehicle will be deducted from the security deposit.

7. Insurance

• Rental fees include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage is available for purchase.
• Customers are responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road closures).
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Injuries or accidents during the rental period.

9. Agreement Termination

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or rental agreement if the Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved in Greek courts.
